Format: We are going to mix it up a bit with a new format.
The Chapman format is a two-person golf tournament format where players take turns hitting shots until the ball is in the hole.

Players switch balls and hit their second shots
Players select the best second shot
Players take turns hitting shots until the ball is in the hole

Handicap: 60% of lower handicap plus 40% of higher handicap

PMGA Ryder Cup

Format: Match Play
Player’s will receive 1 point for winning a match, or .5 points for having a match.
Match 1: Holes 1-9 Match – 2 Man Net Better Ball
All players will play their own ball and the team will score with the best net score vs their opponent’s best net score on each hole. Handicap strokes will be off the low player in the group.
Match 2: Holes 10-18 Match – 2 Man Net Alternate Shot
Both team members will hit a tee shot on their first hole and from the second shot on play alternate shot through the match. If you chose player A’s tee shot on the first hole, player B needs to hit the tee shot on your second hole and then alternate tee shots throughout the match. If you play all 9 holes there will be 5 drives from one player and 4 from the other. Your net score vs your opponent’s net score on each hole. Handicap strokes will be off the low team.
Match 3: Individual Net Match Play
You will play your own ball in a net match play vs your opponent.
Concessions: You can concede a shot, hole, or match at any point. Once a concession is made, it can’t be revoked. If you are out of the hole, please concede to help with pace of play. If a shot is conceded, you must pick up your ball.

Format: 2 Person Net Trifecta
Teams will be made up of 2 people. The format will consist of 3 different 6 hole formats.
Holes 1-6 Scramble
Holes 7-12 Select Drive Alternate Shot
Holes 13-18 Chapman
Scramble – Each player will hit from the tee and the team will select the best shot. Each player will hit from there and the team will select the best shot. This is continued until the ball is holed.
Select Drive Alternate shot – Each player will hit from the tee and the team will select the best shot. The team will then play alternate shot until the ball is holed.
Chapman – Each player will hit from the tee and then trade balls. After hitting your partners second shot, the team will select one ball and play alternate shot until the ball is holed.
WINTER RULES: Shots must be played within one club length of the original lie no closer to the hole and the lie must remain similar (a ball in the rough must remain in the rough).
Tees: Blue & Red
Men will play from the BLUE TEES and women will play from the RED TEES.
Handicaps: 40%
The team will receive 40% of their combined course handicap.

Pro Shop Event: Super Bowl Golf

Format: Individual Play
Super Bowl Golf will be an individual net game. The format will be a modified points system. The points go as follows:
Net Eagle Touchdown 6 points
Net Birdie Field Goal 3 points
Net Par Safety 2 points
Net Bogey Extra point 1 point
Flights: 2 flights (AFC, NFC)
Flights will be determined by handicap index. The low half of the field will be in the AFC flight and the high half will be in the NFC.
*Men will play from the BLUE TEES, Women will play from The RED TEES
Winter Rules: Lift, Clean, and Place
You may mark, lift, clean, and place your ball within one club length of your original lie no closer to the hole. A ball in the hazard must be played as it lies.

Format: Two-Man Best Ball - Each player will play his own ball and will record his gross score on each hole. The team will then record the best gross ball and best net ball on each hole
Shotgun Start at 9:00am - Registration at 8:30am - Range Opens at 7:30am

Format: Apple Cup Golf will be an individual net game. The format will be a modified points system. The points go as follows:
Net Eagle Touchdown 6 points
Net Birdie Field Goal 3 points
Net Par Safety 2 points
Net Bogey Extra point 1 point
The top 16 scores counted for each team
Tees: Player’s may select tees they are going to play
Handicaps: Players will receive 100% of their handicap from the tees they choose
Rules: Winter - Players may mark, lift, clean, and place their ball within one club length of the original lie no closer to the hole. A ball in a penalty area or sand bunker must be played as it lies.
